    Established on the 1st of November 2008 La Voile Blanche combines good food, tasty drinks and exceptional laidback music, sure to set the tone for whatever is in store.

    The food menu is diverse with its international fare painstakingly prepared using the freshest premium ingredients. The drinks menu covers everything from beer to a range of premium liqueurs, spirits, wine and divine cocktails.

    The ambience is accentuated by elegant tones of white and hues of blue setting the scene for a day or evening of hedonistic pleasure, as an eclectic mix of laid back and chilled out grooves, energize the background via Bose sound.

  • Chandana

    Executive Chef
    Cooking is a family affair for Chandana who hails from a long line of chefs. Chandana joined 'Don Stanleys,' one of the most popular eateries in town, straight from Hotel School in 1996. Having spent a couple of years at 'Kuramathi Island' in the Maldives, Chandana, then returned to 'Don Stanleys' in Sri Lanka for a further three years, that saw this pioneer of fusion cuisine in Sri Lanka, soar to new heights.

    Having won a Bronze medal at the 1998 'Chefs Guild of Sri Lanka' competition (Cold Appetizers category), Chandana was next to be found at the 'Sunset Beach Resort' in Saudi Arabia, where he worked under a French Executive Chef for three years, prior to joining as the Executive Chef of the 'Sports Lounge' in Bahrain.
    Having joined La Voile Blanche in 2010, Chanadana continues to showcase his skills and knowledge, setting high standards and maintaining excellent quality.

    Sunil

    Sous Chef
    An icon of La Voile Blanche, Sunil dates his career to 1998, when he was at 'Don Stanleys,' one of the most popular eateries in town. Following encounters at the 'Gallery Café,' 'Colombo Plaza Hotel' and 'Lavinia Breeze', Sunil ventured overseas for two years.

    Returning as Sous Chef and a specialist in desserts and hot/cold kitchens, Sunil has been with La Voile Blanche since its inception.
